Apples to Apples...I think Not!!!

First let me say, this post is for Katy-you know who you are.

Last night I went to a friends house to have cocktails and good conversation. We eventually began playing the board game Apples to Apples. As instructed each player takes 7 cards that either has a noun or verb on them.

Then the judge (in which everyone gets a chance) picks a green adjective card. Each player after hearing the adjective, has to decide (from their cards) which one best fits. The judge receives these cards upside down, and has to shuffle them all before picking which noun or verb he/she thinks fits the best. (Oh by the way, all nouns/verbs are read aloud- and everyone tries to justify, to the judge,why their card should be chosen. It's a Riot!!!!)

Okay so now that you get it, I'll move on. One of our judges last night drew the word Sexy. And one of the nouns that someone thought described sexy, was the bedroom.

Now, you know I 'm going to disagree with this.

Obviously, I get where they were coming from. Most people think a bedroom should be sexy. However, if you have been married or have had the same bed mate longer than, hmmm I don't know - a year, then you will understand what I am about to say.

Nothing says sexy like having your lover blow their stinky night breath in your face, while you are sleep. Or the unpleasant smell that exits this same person from their nether area, while your head is under the cover. I don't care how many nice sheets/pillows, etc. you put on that bed, eventually the bedroom can become unsexy, real fast.

Honestly, after awhile (but not all the time), the bedroom only becomes about sleep. In my opinion, to keep the spice alive, I think there are other rooms in the house that are much more Erotic- say like the kitchen.

So stick to the bedroom if you must. But trust me, that's not where the sexy is.
